What is a Zyto Scan?

The Zyto Scan is my most common appointment type. Many of the clients here at Life Support Holistic Health feel that it helps them to gain new perspective and insight into the issues they deal with every day in health and mind.

I’ve heard all the usual remarks like, “It’s voodoo science.” or, “It’s a scam.” and so on. This is my attempt at a simple and easy to understand explanation about how and why it works in my own words.

The technology behind the scanner has been around for some time. It works for the same reason that reflexology works. Your body has a very sensitive and accurate communication network in your nervous system. This system is controlled by your brain which runs on electricity. Without electricity, you wouldn't be reading this article right now. And it's not because your computer wouldn't work. It's because your brain wouldn't work. Everything we do is controlled and enabled by electrical signals running through our bodies, which in turn informs our brain of the status of the body it lives in.

The Zyto scanner sends a low-level electrical pulse into your hand during your scan that assesses what is going on with you internally and then based on your body's response it spits out what essential oils or nutritional supplements will balance out your body the best. You have 6 points on your body where you have nerve endings that terminate that correspond to your entire body. The bottoms of your feet, the palms of your hands, and your ears. By scanning your palm (which is the most easily accessible point) you can find out whats going on in the rest of the body because of the response from your nervous system.

The information that comes across can relate to physical ailments or emotional ones. After all, your emotions are chemical reactions in your body that start at your brain. Some of the issues may be a bit of both. There is such a thing as having a physical manifestation of an emotional issue. Such as being angry and then having a headache, being anxious and having stomach issues, being sad, grieving, or depressed and having heart problems, being withdrawn and having dietary issues,…etc., etc.… Understanding the results can involve being brutally honest with yourself. I have some clients who are very open to sharing with me and others who prefer not to share and take the information to work on what they need in their own time.

Coupling the information from the scanner with an in-depth understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian lines in the body and how they work, natural remedies, essential oils, knowing how food affects the body, understanding where the client is at, and what they personally need is a powerful combination.

What you can expect….

The scan itself takes about two minutes. You place your hand on the hand cradle and it does its thing. After that I will go over the items that came up for you and we will figure out why each one came up and what to do about it. You receive a custom blend of the oils that came up for you in your scan which is included in the cost of the appointment. You also have the option of purchasing any of the supplements that came up at an additional cost.
