Mobility Training Course
Mobility and flexibility in all its forms have incredible advantages for the human body. Sleeping well, spinal alignment, ease of movement, injury prevention, tension relief, and so much more. Every ballet dancer or gymnast had to start somewhere. You don’t have to be flexible to take this course. We will start where you’re at and the progress you see will benefit literally every system in your body.
You have two sides to being mobile, one is the ability to move and the other is the joint strength to control those movements. Without having this vital combination your flexibility is almost useless and can lead to injury. I will take you step by step through stretches and postures that will benefit your body the most. Learning how to listen to your body will give you continued benefits for the rest of your life.
